Fundorte: Binnendeichsweide, Kuhweide (wie vorige Art), - Mähwiese, Binnendeich, südlich des Bahnhofes, 8. X. 49.
Weit verbreitet in Wiesenböden, kommt in Gebirgslagen noch in Höhen von über 2000 m vor. (Hohe Tauern.)
