Gestaltwandel 160 (1962) (O. oestrifera subsp. heldreichii (Schlechter) Hayek):
Labellum 13-15 mm; lateral lobes with basal protuberances up to 5 mm; middle lobe suborbicular to elliptic-ovate, as long as or longer than wide, with wide, glabrous marginal zone.
Greece and Aegean region; 1 S. E. Italy.
