Typ: Humerobates rostrolamellatus Grandjean, 1936 = Humerobates humeralis sensu Sellnick 1928 (nicht Oribates humeralis Hermann, 1804)
Die von Grandjean (1970b) begründete Ausgliederung der Gattung aus den Ceratozetidae wurde dort besprochen.
