Metal complexes of the type MLCI2, where M= CoII, NiII and CuII; L =1-(2- furoyl)-4-phenylthiosemicarbazide, 1-(2-furoyl)-4-(p-chlorophenyl)thiosemicarbazide or 1-(2-furoyI)-4-(p-bromophenyl)thiosemicarbazide, have been synthesised. Analytical data magnetic moment, molar conductance, electronic and infrared spectral data have been explored to elucidate the structure of the complexes.
