Tinea melliflua Meyrick, 1911: 121. (Type locality: Maskeliya, Ceylon (Pole) (Sri Lanka)) Tineovertex melliflua: Robinson & Tuck, 1996: 10.
Distribution: Sri Lanka. This species is known only from Sri Lanka.
