Description

The article presents examples of substantiation of the concept of “creativity”, “creative thinking”, “creative management”, “innovation society” by domestic and foreign scientists. The main components of creative thinking are described. The peculiarities of the mechanism of the behavior of individuals with high and low levels of emotional intelligence are revealed, and the tendency of such individuals to creative search is described. The peculiarities of the formation of an innovative society is highly developed, post-industrial countries are briefly outlined. The author focuses on the main components that contribute to the active implementation of creative management in various socio-economic spheres. The article gives examples of the importance of creative management for the formation of a creative, powerful team and for the development of the enterprise, for the formation of an innovative society, and the development of the state. The own vision of the mechanism of creative thinking, the structure of creative management, and the formation of an innovative society is schematically reflected. The article highlights different approaches to defining the essence of the concept of "creativity". Creative thinking is seen as the ability to systematically combine new knowledge and forms that create a corresponding new socio-economic effect. Management as a kind of management of employees, staff, and society is considered. Its key role in the process of forming innovative systems, technologies, and intangible assets, in general, is identified. The article emphasizes management as a factor in the formation of an innovative society, which is the driving force of social development. The influence of creative management on the formation of appropriate types of innovations that increase the socio-economic effect in all spheres of social activity is noted.
