Description
Amiota nagatai species group
Diagnosis. Costal vein with 14–15 distinct, peg-like spinules on ventral surface between R2+3 and R4+5; hind trochanter with 1 lobe-like process (Figs 1–6); aedeagus separated into a pair of unbifurcated processes (Chen & Toda 2001).
For more detailed description see Toda & Peng (1992), Chen & Toda (2001) and Chen et al. (2004, 2005). Included species. A. nagatai Okada, 1971; A. okinawana Okada, 1971; A. kimurai Chen & Toda, 2001; A. bachlii Cao & Chen, sp. nov.; A. chengyuae Cao & Chen, sp. nov. and A. protuberantis Cao & Chen, sp. nov.
