Cicadatra gingat China, 1926

Cicadatra gingat China 1926: 237.

Type locality. Pakistan.

The species was described by China (1926) from the Northwestern Frontier Province. Specimens were collected from Ziarat, Baluchistan in large quantities. Specimens were collected 26.VI.2005 and 28.VI.2009. The species is eaten by humans in the region.

Remarks. The species has been reported from Pakistan and India (Metcalf 1963b).
