History: Seven species were so far included in the genus, all except one described since 1998 (Brunner 1891, Ingrisch 1998, Gorochov 2004, 2008, Wang et al. 2010, Eades et al. 2011). One of these species is transferred to Deflorita in this paper and two species are described as new.

Diagnosis. Similar to Deflorita but tegmen widened throughout, especially in males. Fastigium verticis nearly vertically sloping anteriorly.

Description. Fastigium verticis in typical forms nearly vertically sloping. Tegmen wide throughout, resulting from a widening of the costal area in about basal half and of the posterior areas in apical half; apex obliquely truncate; along hind margin usually with a series of dark spots. Male stridulatory area short, of various shapes; dorsal area of tegmen when at rest always with a gap behind stridulatory area. Male cerci simply curved, with apico-internal tooth or projection. Male epiproct broadly rounded, about semicircular, or triangular with apex rounded. Male phallus membranous. Male second abdominal tergite, in some species up to fourth tergite, either setose in middle, or second tergite and to a lesser extend third tergite forming dorsal bumps, or second tergite forming a bump with dorsal surface depressed and densely covered with long hairs. Female subgenital plate rounded or triangular with apex rounded, rarely with faintly excised apex. Ovipositor sickle-shaped; margins subsmooth or at apex very finely serrulate.
