Aonides mayaguezensis Foster, 1969: 393, figs 22–33.— Johnson, 1984: 6.39–6.41, figs 6.29–6.30.
Type locality. Off Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, 3 m.
Type material. Holotype (USNM 39485), paratypes (USNM 39486).
Records. USA: off Florida, 24–43 m, coarse to fine sand (Johnson 1984). Puerto Rico, 3 m (Foster 1969).
