Dichogaster (Diplothecodrilus) annae (Horst, 1893)
Benhamia annae Horst, 1893: 32.

Dichogaster (Diplothecodrilus) annae: Csuzdi 1995: 102, 1996: 355, 2000: 59; Plisko 2010: 292; NMSAD. Dichogaster (Diplothecodrilus) annae in affinis species group: Csuzdi 2010: 194.
Type locality. Java, Buitenzorg.
Distribution. Circumtropical, with high morphological variability due to parthenogenetic reproduction (Csuzdi 2010). Described under numerous synonyms (complete record in Csuzdi: 1995, 1996, 2000, 2010). In RSA found only in KZN: Sunnyside at Celtis Rd. in Pietermaritzburg.
Remarks. Syntypes ZMH V-9281. In RSA recorded only once.
