Cupiennius coccineus F. O. Pickard-Cambridge, 1901
New records and Distribution. Costa Rica and Panama (Lachmuth et al. 1985). New record for Colombia and South America in the Quindío, Santander y Valle del Cauca Departments (Fig. 7).

Montenegro, Vereda Santarrita, 04° 33’ 15’’N, 75° 43’ 05’’W, 1♂, 1♀ (MUSENUV); La Tebaida, 04° 27’ 19’’N, 75° 47’ 26’’W, 1♂, 1♀ (MUSENUV); Pueblo Tapado, 04° 31’ 04’’N, 75° 47’ 05’’ W, 1♂, 1♀ (MUSENUV). Santander. Suaita, 06° 06’N, 73° 27’W, 1♂ (ICN 4699). Valle del Cauca. Restrepo, 03° 49’ 14’’N, 76° 32’ 20’’W, 1♀ (MUSENUV); Buenaventura, Escalerete, 03° 52’ 59’’N, 76° 54’ 59’’W, 1♀ (IMCN 268); Cali, Anchicayá, 03° 32’ 10’’N, 76° 52’ 23’’W, 1♂ (MUSENUV).
