Preliminary Study of Nitrate Levels in Groundwater at Lime Lake, NY
Description
The purpose of this preliminary study was to measure the levels of nitrate in groundwater in the vicinity of Lime Lake, near the town of Machias, NY. Measurements took place in August 2012. The goal was to use the measurements to support a groundwater and nitrate contamination model of the area.
