Oxyptilus stenodactylus Fletcher, 1911: 282. (Type locality: Mashonaland, Zimbabwe). Titanoptilus patellatus Meyrick, 1913: 109. (Type locality: Durban, Natal, Rep. S. Africa). Titanoptilus laniger Bigot, 1969: 183. (Type locality: Elizabethville, Zaire).

Distribution: Zimbabwe, Rep. S. Africa, Congo, Tanzania, Comoros, Swaziland, Kenya, Malawi. Notes. New for Malawi.
