Cricotopus varicornis Cranston & Krosch, sp.n.

Cricotopus " varicornis " in Drayson et al. (2015). Unavailable name, no type depository indicated for the holotype (ICZN 1999: Art. 16.4.2).

The species is described and illustrated in all life stages in Drayson et al. (2015: 20-21; keyed 22, 35-36; figs. 1I, 3D,F, 5I, 7A,J, 9D, 12B). Holotype: P♂, AUSTRALIA; ACT, Corin Rd, Gibraltar Falls, 35°28'S 148°55'E, 23.ix.1991 (Drayson). The type depository is ANIC. Paratypes: see Drayson et al. (2015: 20).
