Trachelas bispinosus

Description

Trachelas bispinosus species group

Diagnosis. The T. bispinosus group can be distinguished from other Trachelas by having: (1) the male embolus as a continuation of the tegulum, not a separate sclerite, and the median ducts of the female genitalia with basal enlargements: (2) the presence of lateral projections, or spurs, on the endites of the males, and; (3) three to four retromarginal cheliceral teeth (Figs. 1A–C; 2A, B; 3A–C).
