Description
Apanteles brunnistigma Abdinbekova, 1969
Material examined: East Azarbaijan province, Khalkhal, 1753 m, 37°37′N 48°32′E, 2♀, July 2010 (New record). Distribution outside Iran. Azerbaijan, former Czechoslovakia, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Korea, Lithuania, Russia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, UK (Yu et al. 2012), France (Fernández-Triana et al. 2014).
Host records. Agonopterix umbellana, Aphelia vibumana, Archips rosana, Eucosma catoptrana, Depressaria ultimella (Tobias 1986; Papp 1989; Yu et al. 2012), Zeiraphera griseana (Papp 1989), Gynnidomorpha vectisana (Tobias 1986; Yu et al. 2012). Fernández-Triana et al. (2014) reported Pyrausta aurata.
