Cothornobata breviseta Li, Marshall & Yang, 2015, sp. nov.

Description

Cothornobata breviseta group

Including: C. breviseta sp. nov., C. fusca sp. nov., C. shuimanensis sp. nov.

Diagnosis. Two strong fronto-orbital setae. Genital fork elongate, reaching sternite 7, arm nearly twice as long as base, with only short setulae; basal tubercle well developed, not contiguous; medial tubercle vestigial. Distiphallus as long as or slightly shorter than phallapodeme. Pregonite lobed apically. Postgonite with 1 apical seta.

Discussion. This species group is found in central Vietnam and the coastal areas of southernmost China.
