Calobrachium trilinum Gobbi & Azevedo, sp. nov.

(Figs 8, 16, 29, 44, 45)

Description. MALE. Body length 2.5 mm. LFW 1.6 mm. Color. Head black; mesosoma dark castaneous; mandible, clypeus, antenna and metasoma castaneous; legs light castaneous; wings hyaline.

Head (Fig. 8). Mandible with teeth small and almost equally sized. Apical margin of median clypeal lobe straight. Flagellomeres median-sized; four first antennomeres in ratio about 15:4:8:6; pedicel 1.3 × as long as wide; F1 very long, 2.0 × as long as wide; F9 1.5 × as long as wide; flagellar setae suberect and erect. Frontal carina slightly conspicuous. WH 0.9 × LH. WF 0.7 × WH. WF 1.4 × HE. Eye small, salient. Ocellus small. DAO 0.2 × WF. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle acute. WOT 2.7 × DAO. OOL 1.1 × WOT. Distance of posterior ocellus to vertex crest 1.0 × DAO. VOL 1.0 × HE. Temple strongly divergent. Vertex straight.

Mesosoma (Fig. 16). Pronotal disc and mesonotum densely punctate. Pronotal collar short. Pronotal declivity low. Pronotal disc 0.5 × as long as wide; anterior region 0.4 × as long as wide; rounded. Notauli absent. Scutellar furrow wide, shallow, slightly scrobiculate; corner straight. Median region of scutellum coriaceous, punctate. Median region of metanotum long, wide; inner foveae of metanotal furrow delimited. Propodeal disc 1.2 × as long as wide; 0.5 × as high as long; anteriorly slightly rugulose, posteriorly coriaceous; lateral carina conspicuous; propodeal declivity coriaceous, medially polished; side of propodeum slightly imbricate. Mesopleuron coriaceous; transversal furrow conspicuous, slightly scrobiculate. Discoidal vein slightly pigmented.

Metasoma. Petiole short, 0.2 × as long as propodeal disc. Hypopygium (Fig. 29) 0.9 × as long as wide; posterior margin slightly trilobate; median lobe angulate, slender; posterior projection short; lateral lobe convex; lateral margin convex; anterior pigmented line strongly pigmented, slender; lateral stalk absent. Genitalia (Figs 43– 44): aedeagus slightly mesoconvex; projection of apical region ventrad absent; dorsal paramere about as long as ventral paramere, almost as wide as ventral paramere, inner margin sinuous, outer margin sinuous; membranous region of basiparamere forming two frontal large lobes; sclerite on volsella base absent.

FEMALE unknown.

Material examined. Holotype, ♂. THAILAND, Chaiyaphum, Tat Tone NP, Forest fire Protection station, 16°0.793’N 102°1.257’E, 195 m, MT, 9–15.VI.2006, Tawit Jaruphan & Orawan Budsawong leg., T2536 (QSBG).

Distribution. Thailand (Chaiyaphum).

Remarks. See remarks of C. lepidum comb. nov. C. trilinum sp. nov. has the median flagellomeres shorter than all another species.
