Subgenus Notaphocampa Netolitzky, 1914

Bembidion (Notaphocampa) foveolatum Dejean, 1831

Harold (1877) noted that Bowring had specimens Bembidion opulentum Nietner, 1858, a junior synonym of this species from Hong Kong.

Bembidion (Notaphocampa) niloticum batesi Putzeys, 1875

Netolitzky (1943), Jedlièka (1965b), Kirschenhofer (1997) and Marggi et al. (2003) list this species for Hong Kong. Specimen determined from Andrewes (1935) and confirmed by Luca Toledano (pers. comm.). Material: Ƌ and 2 exx. Hong Kong, Mai Po, 16.iv.15, light trap; Sight record W.T.L., 31.v.15; 1 ex. Hong Kong, Mai Po, 19.vi.15, light trap; 1 ex. W.T.L., 21.vi.15; 1 ex. W.T.L., 11.viii.15; 1 ex. W.T.L., 14.ix.11; 1 ex. W.T., September 2011; ♀. W.T.L., 7.x.13; 1 ex. W.T.L., 7.x.14; 2 exx. W.T.L., 10.x.14; 1 ex. W.T.L., 25.x.14; 1 ex. W.T.L., 30.x.11; 1 ex. W.T., October 2011; 1 ex W.T.L. 12.xi.15. Biology: Imago found April to November. Can be attracted to light, it is fully winged.
