Distr.: Mexico, El Salvador, Colombia (Antioquia (Caucasia, La Ceja, Medellín, La Pintada, Gómez Plata), Sucre (San Onofre)), Costa Rica, Jamaica, Cuba, Haití, Puerto Rico, Virgin Is. of the United States, Venezuela; Nearctic Region.
