Type locality: West Indies, St. Vincent.
Type specimens: Holotype ♀.
Synonym(s):
" Acrocercops apicipunctella "— Meyrick 1912c: 47. An unjustified emendation of Acrocercops apicepunctella Walsingham, 1891.
Distribution: Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (Walsingham 1891: 540).
