Yezoceryx maculatus Chao, 1981: 203. Holotype: ♀, China: Jianyang xian (FACS).

Diagnosis. Brown with black marks on mesosoma and metasomal tergites; basal area of propodeum inverted trapezoid; first tergite about 2.0–2.4× as long as posterior width; first sternite with short, anteriorly projecting hook; ovipositor 2.6–3.1× length of hind tibia.

Distribution. Previously known only from China (Chao, 1981). These are the first records of this species from Vietnam.

Remarks. Vietnamese specimens have a slightly more elongate first tergite (2.1–2.4×) than the holotype (2.0×), according to its original description (Chao, 1981).
