Type material. Described from the single female holotype (EJCB). Type locality: “ Thailand, Chiang Dao, 1000 m ”. Type specimens. Holotype ♀, (EJCB): “ Thai, 17–24.V. 1991 Chiang Dao 1000 m 19.25' N, 98.52' E, Vít Kubáň leg.”.
Distribution. Thailand (Chiang Mai).
Remark. The species is known only from the holotype.
