Cleotomiris schneirlai Schuh, 1984

Cleotomiris schneirlai Schuh, 1984: 89 (n. sp.); 1995: 211 (cat.); Yasunaga, 2001: 146 (diag.).
Diagnosis. Recognized by its smaller sized body; dark brown or castaneous basic coloration with paler hemelytron and appendages; contrastingly whitish or pale areas on the hemelytron anteriorly and posteriorly; large eyes; and form of male genital structures (Figs. 4 D̄E, 6B, 8). For detailed description see Schuh (1984: 89; figs. 265̄269).
Female. GENITALIA (Fig. 16 A): Sclerotized rings thin rimmed, with wide and straight basal margin, and anteriorly narrow.
Measurements. (♂ / ♀) (n= 2/2). Body length 2.90̄2.95/ 2.92̄3.10; length from apex of tylus to cuneal fracture 2.04̄2.08/ 2.14̄2.15; width of head across eyes 0.66̄0.69/ 0.62̄0.65; width of vertex 0.19̄0.21/ 0.22̄0.24; lengths of antennal segments ĪIV 0.21̄0.22, 0.92̄0.94, 0.40̄0.42, 0.40/ 0.20̄0.21, 0.86̄0.94, 0.40̄0.45, 0.38; length of labium 1.18̄1.22/ 1.20̄1.25; mesal length of pronotum 0.61̄0.65/ 0.65̄0.66; basal width of pronotum 0.98̄0.96/ 0.98̄0.99; width across hemelytron 0.94̄0.98/ 1.11̄1.14; length of metafemora, tibiae and tarsus 0.94̄1.00, 1.30̄1.38, 0.24̄0.28/ 1.00̄1.02, 1.32̄1.38, 0.22̄0.25.
Distribution. Philippines (Biliran, Luzon, Mindanao, Negros, Palawan). (Schuh, 1984).
