The article discusses the concept of role-play competence and the basic components of this phenomenon are distinguished. Presented the program and methods of development of roleplay competence of a future psychologist. The program consists of phases aimed promoting components of role-play competence and professionally important qualities responsible role structure of personality psychologist.
