Dendrobaena fridericae uludagi Omodeo & Rota, 1991: 179. Csuzdi et al. 2006: 10.
Material examined. HNHM /17104 1 ex., No. 13, Akçakoca, Düzce, southern edge of the city, hazelnut plantation, N41°05.119' E31°09.819', 58 m, leg. L. Dányi, M.B. Kaydan, 21.0 4.2015.
Remarks. The type locality of this subspecies is a bit obscure. In the original description Omodeo & Rota (1991) just gave Loc. 7 (1 adult and 1 juv. spec.) which refers to Çankiri (10 km North of Çankiri). However, this was a typing error for Loc. 73 (Emilia Rota pers. comm.) referring to the Northern slope of Uludağ, 10 km before the entrance to the National Park. This is the first report of D. fridericae uludagi since the original description from some 200 km N of the supposed type locality.
