Description

Genus Dignomus Wollaston, 1862

Remarks. The specimen under consideration belongs to the genus Dignomus within Ptinini on the basis of the following morphological characters (Bellés 1996): (1) antennae 11-segmented, filiform; (2) prothorax constricted near base; (3) pronotum with a protuberance on the disc, divided in two parts by a longitudinal groove; and (4) elytra elongate.
