Description
Modern higher pedagogical education should provide training for teachers who are able to conduct innovative educational activities, solve complex pedagogical problems based on national and world experience, have the art of teaching and educating others. Innovative activity of H. S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University is realized through the transformation of the content of general pedagogical education through the introduction of cross-cutting, differentiated curricula. The purpose of studying the programs is to form the ability of higher education students to organize the pedagogical process, as well as the ability to solve complex specialized problems of its organization, characterized by complexity and uncertainty of conditions. The content of general pedagogical training is designed to form the competence of future teachers. They are: to develop and implement innovative teaching methods and technologies; to organize the educational process with the use of modern means, methods, techniques, learning technologies; make effective decisions in difficult and unpredictable conditions, adapt to new situations of professional activity and others. Innovative activities in the process of training future teachers are also carried out through the implementation of training through research, digitization of educational content, attracting students to the international academic community, extracurricular activities, expanding the network of creative educational spaces. Difficulties in training a modern teacher who can implement pedagogical traditions in combination with innovations in their own professional activity are: reduction of the number of entrants and students, insufficient level of provision of the educational process with modern software, unwillingness of some teachers to innovate and some others.
