Nyssodesmus vialis Loomis, 1974: 179, fig. 15 (original description).

Types: ♂ holotype from Costa Rica: Inter-American Hwy., between Cerro de la Muerte and San Isidro General, 5000 ft; R. G. Wilson leg, 16-IV-1972. Deposited at the FSCA (F. Soto-Adames, pers. comm.).

Distribution: known only from the type locality.
