Nyssodesmus attemsi Hoffman, 1960: 27, Fig. 1d (original description).
Types: ♂ holotype from Costa Rica: Puerto Armuelles; G. W. Martin, 5-VIII-1952. Deposited at the NMNH, cat. no. 2468 (Hoffman 1960; D. DeRoche, pers. comm.).
Distribution: known only from the type locality.
