Description

Barydesmus trichotypus (Chamberlin, 1941) new combination

Platyrrhacus trichotypus Chamberlin, 1941: 493, fig. 147–151 (original description; localities).

Types: ♂ holotype from Peru: Tabalosas to Chasuta. Deposited at the AMNH, cat. no. 9481 (Chamberlin 1941), we could not confirm its current state.

Distribution: Peru.
