Rhabdepyris eganellus (Westwood, 1874). Combined by Kieffer, 1906, 9: 375. Anisepyris eganellus (Westwood, 1874). Combined by Kieffer, 1908, 32: 10.
Redescription, female. Body length 7.85 mm. Head with green reflection; mesosoma with dark green reflection and metapectal-propodeal disc black; wings subhyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head wide. Mandible with four distal teeth, wide, curved, and with superior tooth curved upward. Median clypeal lobe rounded, long, with median elevation and truncate dorsally; median clypeal carina indistinct from clypeus. Frons coriaceous; antennal scrobe ecarinate. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle acute; ocelli small. Vertex concave. Pronotal disc longer than wide, punctate; transverse pronotal carina complete; posterior margin with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus narrow. Mesoscutellar disc with mesoscutellar sulcus narrow. Metapectal-propodeal disc short; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges absent; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina present and conspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea closed; posterior fovea present; mesopleural suture opened. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein distinguished. Mesotibia not spinose; claws trifid. Metasomal segments sparsely setose. Genitalia. T9 with anterior arm long and overlapping 2vf; 1vv as long as genitalia body; 2vv as long as 1vv length, smoothly narrowing apicad; 3vv long; 1vf slightly curved forward; 2vf slender, angled, and with dorsal lap strongly swollen posteriorly; 1rv strongly curved forward, ventral process small, and posterior process short; 2rv strongly curved forward.
Material examined. Holotype, ♀, [BRAZIL, Amazonia], Ega = Tefé, [Bates col.] (BMNH, 13288). BRAZIL, Amazonas, 1 ♀, Parq [ue] Nac [ional] do Jaú, Floresta Lâmina d'água, 01°53'04"S 61°35'11"W, 08–16.iv.2001, Arm [adilha] suspensa, Henriques & J.F. Vidal col[etores] (INPA).
Distribution. Brazil: Amazonas.
