Anisepyris aulei Barbosa & Azevedo, sp. nov.

Description, female. Body length 4.31 mm. Head and mesosoma black; wings clear hyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head wide. Mandible with five distal teeth, narrow, curved, and with lower tooth longer than others. Median clypeal lobe angulate, long; median clypeal carina higher than frons level. Frons coriaceous; antennal scrobe carinate. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle acute; ocelli large. Vertex convex. Pronotal disc as long as wide, punctate; transverse pronotal carina absent; posterior margin with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus narrow. Mesoscutellar disc with mesoscutellar sulcus narrow; posterior mesoscutellar sulcus present. Metapectalpropodeal disc short; metapostnotal median carina complete; metapostnotal-propodeal suture fused with first metapostnotal carina; paraspiracular carina present and conspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea divided; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture closed. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein distinguished. Mesotibia not spinose; claws trifid. Metasomal segments densely setose. Genitalia. T9 with anterior arm long and overlapping 2vf; 1vv as long as genitalia body; 2vv as long as 1vv length, abruptly narrowing apicad; 3vv short; 1vf strongly curved forward; 2vf slender, ventral margin angled, and with dorsal lap strongly swollen posteriorly; 1rv slightly curved forward, ventral process large, and posterior process short; 2rv strongly curved forward.

Material examined. Holotype, ♀, BRAZIL, Espírito Santo, Itarana, Bom Destino, 173m, 19°50'40”S 40°54'31"W, 21–24.ii.2004, [armadilha] Möricke, BC Araújo col[etor] (UFES 20058). Paratypes (2). BRAZIL, Espírito Santo, 1 ♀, Itaguaçu, Alto Lajinha, Faz [enda] Binda, 19°48'S 40°48'W, 22–29.ix.2008, arm[adilha] Malaise, M.T. Tavares & equipe col[etores] (UFES 80256); São Paulo, 1 ♀, Am [érico] BRAZILiense, Cerradão, Clube Náutico, arm[adilha] Möricke, 28.iv–02.v.2000, MT Tavares e equipe col[etores] (UFES 10083).

Distribution. Brazil: Espírito Santo, São Paulo.

Remarks. This new species differs from A. grandis (Ashmead, 1887) by having the body black; the clypeus projected in an acute angle, and with the clypeal carina higher than the frons; the transverse pronotal carina present; the metapostnotum with all carinae parallel to each other; and the metasomal segments desnsely setose, whereas A. grandis has green reflections and the metapectal-propodeal disc black; the clypeus rounded, short, with an apical median tooth, and with the clypeal carina lower than the frons; the transverse pronotal carina present; the metapostnotal-propodeal suture convergent to the first pair of metapostnotal carina; and the metasomal segments sparsely setose.
