Material examined. None.

Distribution. Western Atlantic—USA (Florida), Belize, Panama, Barbados, Brazil (Pará, Bahia, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo) (Schmitt 1924; Anker 2012; Cunha et al. 2015; Soledade et al. 2015).

Previous records. São Sebastião (Anker 2012).
