Pseudoparasitus (Pseudoparasitus) centralis Berlese, 1921

• Original name: Pseudoparasitus centralis Berlese, 1921.

• In: Redia, 14: 167.

Irish Records: Pasture (Valarasan, 1971); dry tidal debris at seashore (Healy & McGrath, 1998); nest of Lasius flavus and pasture (Arroyo et al., 2015).

Counties: Dublin, Limerick, Wexford.

• Original name: Laelaps dentatus Halbert, 1920.

• In: Proceedings of the Royal Irish Academy, 35: 123.

• Combinations/variations used in Irish literature: Laelaps dentatus Halbert (Halbert, 1920).

Irish Records: In crevices and between flakes where the coast is rocky, and also under stones on estuarine shores (Halbert, 1920); pasture (Valarasan, 1971); dune at seashore (Purvis, 1982).

Counties: Dublin, Galway, Wexford.
