Structure based drug design; As a revolutionized method in drug discover

Introducing of novel strategies, concepts, and technologies that speed up drug discovery and development is one of the hottest topics in drug discovery. The complementarity nature of experimental and computational approaches in drug design and discovery is inevitable and a well-accepted fact. Such viewpoint, for example, has led to various in silico methods such as structure based drug design method (SBDD) over the past decade.  This article provide a portrayal of the role of SBDD in drug design and development.
