Type locality: Camburales Cave, 10 km E. of Curimagua, Serranía de San Luis, Falcón, Venezuela.
Distribution: Colombia and Venezuela.
Distribution in Colombia: Sucre: Colosó (9.5292; -75.3578), el Paraíso, Colosó (9.4883; -75.3720), el Roble (9.1054; -75.1794) (Torres & Bedoya-Roqueme 2018).
Repository of Colombian material: LEUS-C004 (4 ♂), LEUS-C005 (1 ♂) and LEUS-C006 (2 ♂) (Torres & Bedoya-Roqueme 2018).
