Multivesicula Rusek 1982
Description
Genus Multivesicula Rusek, 1982
Type species: Multivesicula columbica Rusek, 1982.
Diagnosis. Body slender, habitus similar to that of the genus Mesaphorura, without pigment, antennal segment IV with 4 thickened sensilla, 2 subapical sensory rods, antennal segment III with two large sensory clubs, bent towards one another and two small sensory rods, postantennal organ with numerous (42–110) round vesicles arranged in 4–7 irregular rows, pseudocelli of type IV, abdominal segment VI with crescentic ridges on both sides.
Distribution. China, Canada, Siberia, USA.
