Description
ChimSim takes a reference set of sequences, e.g. transcript library or cDNA library, and generates a second corresponding set in which a user specified portion of the input sequences are chimeric. It has been designed to explore the effects of chimerism on downstream bioinformatics analysis. More details are available in our F1000Research paper (available shortly). ChimSim is has been released under the GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE (Version 3).
