Retrospective analysis of scientific research on the problems of enterprise integration and formation of entrepreneurial structures

The subject of the research is the theoretical and methodological foundations of the integration
of enterprises and the formation of entrepreneurial structures.
The aim of the study is to identify the most pressing problems of enterprise integration and
the formation of entrepreneurial structures in modern conditions, which are studied by domestic
scientists.
Research methods. When writing the article, general scientific and special methods of researching
economic phenomena and processes for the formation and development of entrepreneurial structures
were used.
Results of work. Analyzed thesis research, which examines the problems of enterprise integration
and the formation of entrepreneurial structures for the period 2000–2020. It has been established
that the largest number of studies in this direction are dissertations for the degree of candidate of
economic sciences. The problems that scientists have considered in their research at the macro,
meso and micro levels are summarized. The structure of thematic problems of dissertation research
for the period 2000–2020 has been formed. The tendency of the formation of separate research
centers on this issue is revealed, the largest of which are concentrated in Kiev, Kharkov, Lvov. The
centers for the defense of dissertations of an economic orientation in this direction are summarized,
the largest of which are the NSC «Institute of Agrarian Economics» in Kiev and the Kharkov National
Economic University. The analysis of the objects of dissertation research is carried out.

management.
Conclusions. It was found that the largest research centers are concentrated in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv. It
is determined that the largest research centers that study the problems of enterprise integration are
the NSC «Institute of Agrarian Economics» in Kyiv and Kharkiv National University of Economics. After розstudying various approaches and objects of dissertation research of scientists to the problem of enterprise integration and formation of business structures, it was concluded that this problem is relevant and requires further detailed study and development of appropriate models and mechanisms of integration.
