mdecleir/spex_nir_extinction: Release related to final SpeX NIR extinction paper

This release is related to the final version of the SpeX NIR dust extinction paper (Decleir et al. 2022). The major changes include:

• Added functionality to calculate the correlation coefficient between A(lambda)/A(V) and 1/R(V).
• Extended wavelength range of average extinction curve plots.
• Created table with anchor points of spline interpolation for slopes and standard deviations of R(V)-dependent relationship.
• Changed lower R(V) in literature comparison plot to 2.5.
