LOCALITÉ TYPE. — Guyane (Schaus 1921).
RÉPARTITION GÉOGRAPHIQUE. — Guyano-amazonienne (Lemaire 2002).
DISTRIBUTION EN GUYANE. — Littoral (commune de Roura: piste de Nancibo); la donnée de Cayenne (Lemaire 2002) n’a pas été confirmée. Proche Intérieur: Bas-Maroni et rive surinamaise adjacente (récoltes de Thibault Rosant et de Pierre-Henri Dalens). Intérieur.
HABITAT EN GUYANE. — Forêt primaire ultra-humide.
