Applied Research Development in Agricultural Science

The current scenario of research interest of medical sciences as well as life sciences has been significantly worldwide due to pandemic Covid-19. The present volume is based on contributions made by various authors on the topics of their interest about ―Applied Research Development in Agriculture Science" and introduces the Agricultural production is also well documented to contribute significantly to environmental degradation. A new generation of more informed consumers is putting more pressure on retail stores to ensure that the products they buy are produced sustainably. As such, requirements regarding sustainable practices are being specified to all role-players along the value chain, including agricultural producers. Compliance with sustainable production practices is becoming ever more important for being allowed to sell food products, especially in high value markets. Costs associated with compliance place pressure on the budgets of agricultural producers, depressing profit margins. This book ―Applied Research Development in Agriculture Science‖ is based on the proceedings of the ―International Conference on Advancements in Interdisciplinary Research (ICAIR-2021)‖, Jointly Organized by Shia P. G. College, Lucknow (An Associated College of University of Lucknow, U.P. India) & Science Tech Institute, Lucknow (Run by: Manraj Kuwar Singh Educational Society, U.P. India), during October 26th-28th, 2021. The aim of this conference was to bring together the young as well as experienced researchers on one platform to discuss the recent findings in the aforesaid areas of Agriculture Sciences. After peer – reviewing process, 16 relevant research papers were finally included in this book as chapters.
