Use Software in your research? Cite it and credit for it!

  • 1. American Geophysical Union (AGU)

Description

The software that supports your research needs to be preserved in a repository with robust metadata and a persistent identifier that supports citation. This workshop will provide recommendations on software licensing for reuse, metadata, versioning, referencing GitHub, how to determine your authors, persistent identifiers, citations, and getting credit for your software.
