PROIECT DE SUCCES ,,CETĂŢENI INSTRUIŢI – COMUNITĂŢI PROSPERE"

The article presents the stages of realization of the project "Educated citizens - prosperous communities" in the "Andrei Ciurunga" district public library in Cahul, which aimed to help the citizen to understand better new cultural realities, his/her community life and interact more successfully with the neighbours. The aim of the project was to motivate citizens to learn throughout life, facilitate civic participation in sustainable, cultural, social and economic development of the Republic of Moldova.
