International research project "Whole blood metagenome and small intestine permeability at psoriasis and health".

This is a pitch (short description) of future international proposal.
Main objective of the project is confirmation of the main hypotheses of new systemic model of psoriasis pathogenesis. Metagenomes of whole blood of psoriatic patients and control group will be defined and studied. Concentration of nhDNA (nonhost DNA) for separate species and total by subgroups will be determined, macromolecular small intestine permeability is defined by the new bacDNA-test, their correlations with psoriasis severity are studied.

We are looking for partners for the joint implementation of this international project.
