The methanolic extract of the fruits of \(Cressα\) \(creticα\) Linn. gave β-sitosterol, 6-hydroxy-3,4-dimethylcoumarin and 6-methoxy-7,8-methylenedioxycoumarin. These were characterized on the basis of spectroscopic studies.
