In the article the features of the relationship between language and culture in bilingual education. The main purpose of bilingual education is the ability to dialogue; creating conditions for the development and interaction of different cultures. Progressive educational strategy of teachers of foreign languages contribute to a culture of international communication . Effective use of a foreign language contributes to the development and humanization of education, which is important in bilingual education. The successful resolution of the relationship between language and culture in bilingual education promotes openness personality prompts her to study the cultural values of different nations, provides a constructive dialogue with the representatives of other nationalities.
