Directions for improving the organization of the process of strategizing the development of industrial enterprises in Ukraine in the context of decentralization

    The article substantiates a conceptual approach to the strategizing of industrial enterprises in the context of decentralization, which consolidates the resources of industrial enterprises and a united territorial society on the basis of common interests and goals of sustainable development, which contributes to the formation of social partnership relations between society, local authorities and business. A cascade coordination of the actions of a production enterprise and local governments in the field of development strategy is proposed, which consists in cascading sustainable development goals and building interconnected strategic maps of the "united territorial community - production enterprise" system, which increases the consistency of key sustainable development priorities, goals of industrial enterprises and social tasks -economic development of the united territorial society, determines the procedure for the formation and implementation of strategies, indicators of their effectiveness and efficiency.
